Manual trans revs much higher than auto at highway speed. Bigger tires will help bring your revs down (rubber OD, lol). My auto spins about 2300rpm at 110km/h on 33" tires, FWIW.

Got the awning mounted up this week. Had to reinforce the mounts on the rack to support the awning. Came out nice but was a bit of a pain bc of the RTT. #WildlifeCustoms #Equiptexpeditionoutfitters #Bowfincruisers #Trekboxx #Eeziawn

What size fuel tank is that? I did not see it in your thread. Does not seem to hang down that much. Great Build!!

Thank you. It's a 24 gallon LRA tank. It doesn't hang down much. Once I put the rear bumper.

what is your highway cruise speed in that thing? I recently got a HDJ80 with 5-speed manual and seems like I am winding it out if over 110km/hr (about 65mph). No too much change for long highway runs where mine is but was wondering.

Mine does around 65mph at 2000rpm with 35" tires

I'm pretty sure this is the first air conditioned roof top tent I've seen! Are you not worried about the AC box falling off the spare in the night or something? Or is there something securing it in place that I'm not seeing?

Nope. Under the ac unit theres u channel that I pass a ratchet strap around the tire and it doesnt move.

Man that is luxurious, a whole new level (no pun intended).

What A/C Unit is that? How did it hold up in the tent given there's no insulation, etc.
