Only US-spec Land Cruisers have fender vents.

Anywhere else in the world, the fender vents are not present. Be it petrol or diesel.

I don't think it's a "Middle East" Land Cruiser. It's right hand drive and has a huge bull bar SCREAMS OZ

The "G" is a trim package.
