Got to wheel with Chris this weekend (about time) The truck worked awesome. It turned out great. Chris definately put in a lot of effort and it turned out really clean.
There were a couple of electrical issues (one minor fire) but he found the short after a bit and all was good. I didn't have my camera but here's a link to some pics. http://www.norcalbigdawgs.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=11450
I got to wheel Rock Ape, the 8 boggered big block rig. It was a blast.

SUPER SICK ...very clean and well built

Well, wheelin season will be here soon enough so I guess I should pick up where I stopped :D

I pretty much got it wheelable (by wheelable I mean it ran, drove, and had the seats bolted) in in time for Moonlight and then just wheeled the rest of the summer/fall without finishing up anything.

So the list for this season,

1-fix the hole in the floor that the tcases and tranny come up through.Temp in the truck is pretty much engine temp when yer driving.Es no bueno.
2-Install Tuffy console,CD player,and XM :grinpimp:
3-Finish the cage and tie it into the frame.Extend it out of the front of the cab out to the front bumper.
4-Git my 12K Ramsey mounted up front.
5-Install CB in the stock radio hole.
6-Fix some cooling issues.
7-Rock lights.
8-Hang disco ball

The Tuffy :grinpimp:

Its just sittin there right now.Gotta mount the cup holder and make sure the shifters dont hit it.

The main part of the cage is done.Just need to add some more triangulation to it and bars for the shoulder harnesses front and rear.Getting it tied into the frame should be no biggie. The floor plates are already there, just gotta hook em to the frame.

I dont think I have ever posted any good pics of my dash so here it be ;p The pad was trashed so I removed it.The metal under the pad was already black so I didnt even have to paint it.The glove box door cover was all warped too so I pulled it off .I cut out a piece of aluminum to go in its place.
