Hello,

What options do you value the most, or wish you got on your 250?

I think the mid trim is what I’m looking at, debating premium package, and mulling over color.

Thank you!

Which color is closest to the LC200 eminent white pearl? Ice cap or wind chill pearl?

I have the premium. Hard to put a finger on any one feature. But the only thing I could do without is all the electronic nannies.

Cold box - I work outside sales and like my water bottle staying cold all day
Digital rearview mirror - now that I'm used to it I much prefer over the standard mirror.
I prefer leather over soft-tex, driver's seat extender is great at my height 6'
Sunroof, I definitely wanted
HUD - again now that I'm used to it I like but wouldn't cry if gone
"better stereo" - didn't compare the two but prefer "better"
Wireless phone charger - never use it but my wife does. It charges pretty slow and my case does not help.
illuminated running boards - gone, Slee sliders installed but I do have the light conversion from Slee to install. So lights good.

I don't use the digital key even though it's included for the first year. I don't want to pay in the future so I just carry the FOB.

I planned on the 1958 until I found out it didn’t have the sunroof.

I went with the 1958 because the "premium" Toyota stuff just wasn't that premium, and I knew I'd probably go aftermarket for all the stuff anyway. The premium JBL stereo isn't good. The Toyota leather-quality isn't that great. etc.

Regarding the sunroof, I have never once enjoyed a sunroof on any vehicle I've ever owned. If you own a vehicle long enough, they become way more of a problem than they ever were a benefit. Clogged sunroof drains, rattling, leaks, etc. Even at their best, a sunroof never opens wide enough to enjoy anything. I can probably count on two hands the number of times I opened the sunroof on any of my prior vehicles. It's not like a convertible top where you can kind of feel like you are outside while you are driving. I get much more pleasure just rolling down a window.

Eminent White Pearl was a Lexus color offered on the GX and LX. Really nice pearlescent with shades of blue. The LC 200 was offered in Blizzard Pearl which has more of a gold or yellow’ish hue in the pearl effect.

The 250 option would be the Wind Chill Pearl. I haven’t seen one in person so can’t speak on how it looks. I have seen Ice Cap but that’s just flat, work truck white.

My 80 has almost 300K on it. Been flogged since I’ve owned it. Never have cleaned any drains or serviced the sunroof in any way. Works flawlessly. It will now break tomorrow. But until then I disagree.

The 250 sunroof is the best I've ever owned. Because of the upright windshield, the sunroof is forward far enough (and it's big enough) to actually be enjoyed while driving. The open sky is well within my peripheral vision. Every other car with a sunroof I've had, it was so far back you didn't know it was open without looking up/back.

I've also never maintained a sunroof and never had a problem. Most of my cars have been garaged when home, but not all of them.
