Does anybody know of a source for 2" or 2.5" round LED marker lights that are multi volt (will accept 24v) and multi function (marker light that can also be used as brake light or signal)?
I have found both individually but not combined

I want to add a combination red tail/brake light and a amber signal light to the rear bumper I built on my BJ74 but would prefer to stay 24V
I know I could use my existing 12v converter and relays to allow me to use 12v lights like I did with my trailer lights or use step down modules like these:

But that is NOT what I want to do
