I'd like to see some pics or videos of those with resonator deletes. IMO, the biggest eyesore on the entire 200 and the worst design behind the original starter motor. I am looking into more permanent mods. I am very tempted to just chop it off and run high tucked pipes. The resonator does...

Not a muffler... I chopped mine off from GX with no difference in sound or performance.

Its the resonator and you can remove it with no ill effects, though you may want to have an extension welded on to route the heat and exhaust away. Should be no more than $50 to have it chopped and extended.

I think I paid $150 for a guy at a local indie shop to bend the pipe and weld. My goal was to have it still routed back for fumes, but not hang

First 5 years of it's life in the heavily salted streets of NYC before I purchased it. Does a number on metal. Worked through and or replaced most of the problem area rust (KDSS, manifold (starter) , front LCA's). Someday I'll swap out or clean that rear axle, and replace the rear wheel dust shields but otherwise at least it hasn't gotten any worse the past 5-6 years in dry AZ desert
