Ok, lesson learned - do not speed through water/mud holes (but it's so fun!) :bounce:. So there's nothing I can do except some preventive maintenance by spraying the under carriage and engine bay with Crisco? If so, guess what I'll be doing before my next ride :princess:. I really don't mind getting the truck dirty while wheeling, but after the ride, I want it clean. Looks like I'll just have to set aside 2 hours after every ride for clean up!

You have reached the time in life for a major decision. Is it a truck, like for four wheeling or a show car, like to impress your friends? :D

I find it challenging to got out and do some pretty tough stuff and then make it look like nothing happened.

Hail, on the other hand, is a different story  :flipoff2:

Hell there is still rid mud and dirt from my last maob trip under my trruck and its been 1.5 yrs. Then again this is from the guy who washes the exterior of his truck quarterly if not bi-annually.

I am almost positive that quote goes "The time has come" the Walrus said, "To SPEAK of many things." Only reason I know is its one of those quotations my Dad used to recite to me almost every other day growing up. :whoops:

here's a little mud on my old 91 fj80, the river that I left threw helped clean the wheels up a little bit, and I wiped the mud off of the headlights so I could see! It took me months get get it all cleaned up!
