I've got a group coming down with me. Should be about 5-6 rigs. We're leaving Friday night at about 6:15. If anybody wants to join, PM me for our meeting spot
 
Also, were content bringing things for the potluck if there's enough for another 6 folks, or we can bring our own food. Thoughts from someone more in tune with he meal?
 
We can cut the meatloaf thinner.

Seriously, we should be fine, just pick out what you can bring. I would suggest some sides.

On the Map below, we are in the loop near the center. Think reverse nascar. When you enter the park take the first 3 right turns after the pay as you go self pay station.

Note, the club paid for the sites already to get them reserved, so don't pay at the self pay, we need to pay Peggy.

I'll bring a bunch of cut veggies, tortilla chips and a couple dips. Probably will not be there in time for dinner Fri night.
 
Just a note on firewood. The park service has banned bringing firewood into the parks. This is to try to keep diseases out of, or in local areas. I do not know of a local source to purchase, but in the past there has been plenty of wood available either in the surrounding woods or driftwood down by the shore.

Just my $0.02.
 
Change of plans for Me and Eli. I am going to go ahead and take the full day off work Friday, so we'll shoot to get out by 8 or 9 am, and arrive by 11-noonish Friday (maybe earlier, we'll see).

What frequency are we planning on using for coms on the Ham?

I could be wrong, but I think it is only 2 right turns. One into the park and one up into the circle, go past the pit latrines

Well change of plans again. I had told some that it looked like I could make it out Friday instead of Saturday. Turns out the daughter has some stuff on Friday night so I'm back to coming out on Saturday.
 
Wanda and I will probably be there for Friday dinner. We're bringing killer chese dip and chips for Fri night. If any body wants ice cream on their cobbler bring it.

Guys, I'm thinking I may have to adult this weekend and make a difficult decision to come back Saturday late afternoon or evening. Between my busiest week of work yet and my test just a couple of weeks away, I need to focus and have a full Sunday to study and prep my presentations for the week.
 
I'll get 2 more bags of cheese, sour cream, chips and fritos, and what ever else looks good walking through the store in the morning. Shooting for 5 or 6 pm tomorrow nigh, Friday
