Mounting roll bar to frame

I have searched and not found a lot of options for frame mounting, other that metaltech and redline, I am going to build these myself out of sc 40 pipe, I would like to see some pictures of what you guys have done. Also I am thinking about welding pipe to pipe instead of bolting brackets together with the body in the middle, what do you think?

Schedule 40 pipe is for moving specific fluids at low pressures. It has no business being involved in anything having to do with safety equipment, especially rollover protection.

Poser, What type of material would you suggest? I thought sch 40 was plenty thick and would actually be overkill for tying the frame in?

If you don't want to cut a hole in the floor then Look at Poly Performance Inc. :: Brackets/Tabs/Trusses :: Cage Accessories :: Cage Tie-In Kit - JK Synergy Suspension Systems, Fox Racing Shox, Beard, CTM, Johnny Joints®, Currie Enterprises, Edelbrock, Total Chaos, Ramsey Winch, Walker Evans, Wilwood, Maste I guess you could fab something but this sure is easy. I wish I had done it because tying it directly to the frame without the bushing really stiffened up the truck.
