The pic of the Rover's whelstand looks like the same place where the green Rover lost his mirror during last year's snow run up there.

Great disc jokey too

Jeff went crazy when he got here. It must be something in the air.
That Rover had more buttons and switches than a 747. I love how
it would brake on it's own in steep descents. Weird feeling.
If he ever wants to quit his INCREDIBLE FUN job, he would
make a great chauffeur.
Lucky man.

Holy Moley!!

That mud is insane. You guys are nuts! I was bummed the whole way back to Charlotte that I had to duck out of the Mountain Estates portion of the day (even with David's warnings against taking the 100 there and all). But, like this site says, IH8MUD!!!

yeah the nice things about mountain estates is there are by-passes around the hard stuff, so you can take on as much as you want.......... Jeff didn't take the rover thru the mud, but he did go thru all the off-camber stuff as the rover wheel stand photo shows!!!

We need to get you out there some time Andy it is a fun place to play around

will do, we did a camping trip out there last year and it was a lot of fun. this is def. a trail you might want to bring the 40 on though

Yeah I want to see the 40 on the trail out there anyway. You have to do the off camber stuff the rover did there isnt a bypass around it, he got off the line though that why he got like that and put the scratch on the rover.

That's right. I just spoke with the land owner's counsel. This area is
scheduled to be GATED CLOSED next week. DNR will be patroling
the area with ticket books in hand.
WARNING...DON'T GO THERE.
I also informed Jeff, the Toyota Scout. He was bummed almost as
much as I.
We will all miss this area. Gov't improvement just keeps rolling on.
