missing piece in the back seat - GX 470 ?

When I fold my back seat - you can see the right side has red pipe-like piece of plastic around two black metal tubes, and the left side does not. I have to guide/align the left side tubes together to put the seat back in upright position.

Am I missing the red one on the left? What is the part number (if there is one)?

I don't know the part number, but that same one on my rig broke too! I believe it keeps the seat from coming down unexpectedly. Seems like it could be a pain to replace?
