Hesitated even posting this, as maybe it's just road condition. But, have noticed this 2X and wondering if there is something to it.
Minor shake in the rear of the land cruiser at about 45 mph. I've had similar effects in other vehicles on the front end (albeit at higher speeds) due to bad steering stabilizer, alignment, u-joints, and tires out of balance.
Recent suspension install (2.5 inch OME with Slee heavies). Tires pretty new (BFG AT/KO) with about 3,000 miles on them. Have had them off a few times throughout the suspension install, so possibly lost a weight (but haven't noticed any laying around the driveway). Will try rebalancing, but wondering if there are any other possibilities. From searches, I've read threads on bent drive shafts and bad u-joints. For me, both of those fairly unlikely (only time off road was 100s in the Hills - where I was very easy on the Land Cruiser, and it has less than 50,000 miles so hopefully u-joints are still in good shape).
Any other suggestions on things to consider?
Appreciate the help.
