I think i'm going to get rid of the scrolling pictures on the home page. They are a lot of bandwidth and they make my computer go up and down on cpu usage like crazy.

Well, I went a day early and took the tacoma. Was a nice day.

Used my camp grill for the first time


on the way in and out it is important to get there early and leave a little later. On the way home there was a 2-3 mile from the bridge backup waiting to go towards Duck.

BTW I got the Hydro Assist steering completed on the FJ40. Still gotta finish the FJ60 rear axle though. The weather just doesn't look like it is going to cooperate with me right now.

I'd like to meet some people around here. This weekend I'm going down to Cape Hatteras to do some camping and hopefully find some trails. Next weekend I'd be around Hampton Roads for a meet.

I walked out of walmart today and there was a jeep guy with a pirate4x4 shirt on and his wife drooling over my 40. So I talked to him a bit and he told me the times that he's been in Iraq he's seen alot of fj40 driving around and was looking to get one. So, I told them I know a guy that has a rough looking one but runs up in Newport News, and the wife breaks out the cell phone and said what's his number. Of course I don't have it on me so I told them to go to the ih8mud web site and contact you.
