Clutchee,
Isn't every Cruiser gift needed by definition to obtain funding authorization from "she who must be obeyed"?

All kidding aside, I scored well this year. I got two pairs of coveralls, a seal puller, a pocket knife set, and the 2008 Cruiser calendar. These gifts should lead to the benefit of the Cruisers because I will be in the shop more.

Hopefully, everyone was this pampered or more so.

Sweet! I too scored the 2008 Cruiser calendar. Along with a new auto-darkening helmet to help me make some goodies for the cruiser. Maybe now I can get a bead started where I want to.

Well it was a great Christmas.....dad & Ashley had a blast.

Ashley got stuff for school, backpack, shoes, coat.

Dad got a wine fridge...

I scored a IPOD, Johnny Cash time life.

Ah, my 2008 Landcruiser Calendar (10 yr. anniv.) :p

Last year I was all rev'd up about the calendar because I had received a request to include a picture of my '81 FJ40 taken at G'smiter 2005. So I promptly gave my permission and waited 'calmly' for the calendar to arrive. When I got it, I thumbed through all twelve months and didn't see my truck. I then read the credits carefully and found my truck on the back cover. It was such a distant show, it could have been any red 40 with a hardtop. I did make the calendar, but I don't have any bragging rights from it though. Since I stay on the 'bunny trails' for stockies, I should not expect any thing more than that.

I certainly like the calendar and the cover shot of Bruce's BJ74 clearly shows that the '08 calendar is a keeper too.

Merry X-Mas Fawkers!

Too bad Larry, we all know you are the cruiser king! But one question! Do you dislike 60 series for some reason?

Santa brought me 2 creepers for xmas this year. I thought I'd be nice and give one away to the 1st person who PM's me. I'll bring it to the next meeting or ride event but I WILL NOT SHIP THIS!!! Enjoy.

I like 60s fine, but have never had an opportunity to convince Carolyn that we had cause to purchase one. This does omit that I bought a rolled 60 a few years back for the tranny/transfer and other spare parts. The '81 FJ40 that I am restoring came equipped with a Fairey OD, but I bought it as a project and promised Carolyn that I would not keep the truck when done. However, I just could not see my way clear of letting go of the OD and when the opportunity to pick up the rolled 60 (which was an '81) I went for it.

If I could make a better sales pitch to Carolyn, I might have a 60. I can always hope and dream.

I don't know how many 40s he has, but he also had two 55s and two 60s. Consequently, I don't qualify as a minor royal player yet & probably never (some one will always have more than I)

You didn't get the club elves in the picture.

Or he needs to come to GSMTR.
