I think its fltmed as in flight medic maybe?

Another poor acadian member?!
Nah, I used to be a flight paramedic over in South Texas. RN in Cath Lab now. However, I was a poor Acadian EMT back in the early/mid '90s. :)
I usually use the name "MudBug", but somebody already had it here. So I used my old handle FltMed for here instead. Looking to start flying again, not w/ Acadian, so I think it will eventually be appropriate again. lol.

Thought I might make an appearance at tomorrow's meeting, but I got a call from my transport driver asking me if it was okay if he delivers the new 4Runner early... Ummm, yeah! So, I'll be spending my lunch tomorrow taking delivery and then back to my shoot. Have a great one! Hopefully, the Twin Peaks location is a huge success and becomes part of the regular meeting rotation! :)

We are going to meeting  Should be leaving in a about 15 or 20 minutes...see you there :)

Great turn out today. Around 23 members present. Thanks to all that were able to make it to the meeting and special thanks to all those who contributed.......even the jean shorts commenters.........

Well, technically Ms. Jean, you have been to 2 meetings, the crawfish boil being the first. We (I) just forgot to hold the meeting at the boil because we were all having such a good time. :D

Oh yes the crawfish boil meeting that wasn't ;p

I was thinking, which is scary sometimes I know, that we should have a 4x4 workshop meeting. Where we can discuss and properly show everyone the basics of spotting, recovery and pretty much just 4wd in general. Something that would put all of us on the same page and just make all of our wheeling trips together more enjoyable. We have a lot of experienced members but for some of the new guys and some of those who just want to freshen up there skills it might be allot of fun. What do y'all think?

I think this is a great idea. I would love to be shown the proper basics and safe operating procedures before my first trip out with everyone.
