Meeting Location Poll/Questionare

At the October 18, 2007 meeting we discussed the possibility of having the meetings held in the same location each time, except the fun day meeting that will be held at the fun day location.

Please post in the poll which location you would prefer or post up an alternate. We are trying to make it more central to everyone. I am not familiar with all of the Round Table locations and a new location was mentioned but I can't remember where it was. If you post an alternate location, it needs to have a good size meeting room and be more private than the Petaluma site.

Rhonert Park is OK.

It would be nice to get a map and plot out where people live. Start with officers/board members, and then add in members, and see what's central. I wonder if Sonoma would be a good alternate? Equally bad for all?

Well if we are going to make such a dramatic change, lets not limit ourselves to just Round Table's locations. We could probably get an even more central location if we look into other similar type establishments. Only criteria really is a private meeting room and some type of food, the people are what make the meetings special. Just my thoughts.

I thought the one on marlow was close to coddingtown? like on the back side?

Close but not quite, Codding Town location is on the corner of Cleveland and Guernville, 50 yards off HWY 101. The corner of Marlow Rd and Guernville is roughly 2.8 miles west of the Coddingtown location.

I wonder if we might inquire with Larry about shop space on the rogue Thursday evenings.

Freeman Toyota perhaps?

Food is nice, but not mandatory in the big picture.

What about Mudrak's shop and yard?

also, any input on changing the meeting start times to 8 PM instead of 7??

Might ease the burden on our bay area members who have to jump into traffic to make it by 7...

Hell , lets see if Mudraks friend with the restraunt in Sonoma is open to the idea. 7:30 sounds good as long as we end at a reasonable time.

The food is definitely one of my favorite parts.

Here's my opinion, Rohnert Park 7 o'clock. This site has a nice large meeting room and good parking, it's a little south for some of us but works for me. OR the one on Marlow Road in Santa Rosa, this one has a private meeting room with a door that can be closed.

7:00 pm in sonoma it has big meeting rooms and it not too far from everybody

8:00 is too late it will be around 10:00-10:30 by the time we finish i think that too late for the people that have to bee at work by 5:00am

Meetings, Centrally located Every 2 months?

Here's my 2 cents Centrally located to Everyone, so we all can meet, 7m is Good for me, a Meeting usally last 1 to 2 Hours, So Driving at least 45 min to an Hour is about the most we need to do for a meeting, Lets keep it Easy and Fun on Everyone.

Round Tables are everywhere. There's a pretty big one in Novato, too.
