October Formal Meeting: New location Oct 16th

PMC members...

Due to our great results and experience at Carmen's Burger Bar for our Holiday party, PMC will meet there for the October Formal Meeting scheduled for Oct. 16th.

90 Mark West Springs Rd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403

Details on Menu being worked out but Club to pay in celebration of the our swap meet success.

Mark your calendars, this is an important one... failure to show up could end up landing you a club chairperson role.

the October Formal meeting is our year's most important due to year end review of successes, elections for 2026 club officers, and our plan or direction for upcoming year. (Chairmen are assigned by President at the January Formal Meeting.)

if you are eating, please arrive 6 to 6:30 to get your order in before start of meeting at 7.

Meal choices include: Basic burger, cheeseburger, BBQ burger, Club sandwich, chicken ceasar salad, or Two Tacos.

appetizers 6 to 7, sodas with meal included. Open to club members only please as swap meet related.

Other beverages are available at your expense please.

Bring a raffle prize but remember, no 50/50 at the Oct Mtg.

I am not good with commitment but I will do whatever it takes for my club. Good morning, I got the prime rib dinner last weekend from KC's, yum.

Officer reports – 45 to 50 members, Money in the bank



Land use – update on Barrett Lake restrooms, Fordyce clean up cancelled due to weather

Merch – sweatshirts are in, will also ship for additional cost.

TLCA Update – good shape, 7 scholarships given.

Christmas party – will request RSVP for headcount, all go. Dec 6th
