I've been most enjoying your New Mex cuisine: Barela's, Mary & Tito's, El Pinto, Frontier, etc. I could stay here and try them all!!! Its so nice to be able to go out and get real New Mex style fare without always having to make it from scratch at home!!! Good thing I brought my trailer...I'll need it to haul all the great green chile home!

It sounds like you've been hitting all the "hot spots" (pun intended). I really do enjoy all the great chile places around here. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
