Max tire size?

What is the max tire size I could pull with my 62? It's got 33's now and I'm pretty sure that's all/biggest I should/can go with the stock setup. I was thinking maybe I could pull 35's but not entirely sure....

If you're referring to your 62 with the OME, you could probably get away with 35" tires if you got a wider backspacing on your wheels. The problem with 35"s is that they rarely come in anything less than a 12.5" width, which causes major rubbing with a stock or mildly lifted suspension.

IMHO go with a 3.0" or 2.5" backspacing and you could run them.

Well the 33's I'm running now are 12.5's and they dont rub. Ok, thanks next time a take a trip to NTB I'll check out the 35's

We're everywhere. I'm in Lawrence. Have you spoken or met with any of the local Tornada Alley Cruisers?

I'd like to run 33s on my stock hight cruiser, but I'm afraid my saggy springs wouldn't take it, and it might force my hand on putting in a new clutch.
