Hey Guys,

As times and priorites change, I've made the choice to part with Matilda.
She's been loved by every owner she's ever had. She's very clean, mildly built and has been maintained as she should be. I will post the pics first and details will follow soon. She's in Portland, OR, I'm asking $7500 obo, but will possibly work some kind of deal on a LX470 OR a Left hand drive Troopy (me adding cash..)
Thanks for taking the time to check her out, happy trails. I'm posting here first. If she doesnt sell to a mudder, she's going to craigslist. She was my daily driver until I purchased a UZJ100. Now, she barley gets used. Though capable on the trails, she has not been abused off road. The undercarrage is dent and rust free. The body/paint is gorgeous and dent free. She's reliable and will be a good match for a new lover.

Info:

Good operating order, always starts, 90% on Wildcat 35" x 12.50's
290K on clock: New trans 15k ago, Motor refresh 20k ago
New winch, only used once to pull a car out of a ditch when it snowed.
8" SOA lift.
Good Oregon Tags until 9/14
maint records, recent tune,
drive and go....

The bad:
rear windows are slow to go up and down but do work, antenna doesn't work.

Receipt says: "engine rebuild/machine labor" $2300
Starter and alternator are lots of components also replaced near same time along with cooling system clean. Turns over the quickest of any cruiser I've ever started, even my 100...

Front brakes and hubs done

lift was a custom job by a 4x4 shop in Vancouver.
It's got a nice rigid flex-but stable at 65. It's a quality lift (unfortunately, I have not tested its maximum flex) Rancho shocks.
Receipt for $1515.34 with Driveshaft Lengthen and CV.

Speakers, Regular t case and diff services all throughout service history.

New tranny has shift kit installed.

3 years remaining on 6 year battery.

Your Cruiser would be going to a good home and would be taken care of properly. She has a love for Cruisers and feels a responsibilty to treat them with respect and not neglect.

Huh. I've gotten calls from a couple interested potential buyers but they have all been male. Also, all pm's have been responded to.
