Master Cylinder leak!!!!

Hey guys properly new to Ih8mud. Have recently purchased a 2003 120 vx kzte with 280 000 kms. I have had issues with central diff actuator and managed to fix that in no small part to this magnificent forum. Now I have a bigger issue...
My master cylinder is leaking badly out of the front and through a small appature underneath on the front. The Toyota South Africa blokes reckon replace the whole thing at R40 000 which is a 3rd value of the entire vehicle. Please I'm desperate for some input on how to fix this. Below pictures of the leak area. 1st picture from the top second from underneath. Many thanks in advance!

Also have noticed quite heavy pulsing when applying brake. I have heard that it can be a sticky caliper will this exacerbate the issue?

Caliper sticking can cause that. So it is leaking through that pressed in plug? If so...not much you can do but get a new one

So that coin looking thing and then from underneath from that hole as per second photo. Cld be fluid running down and dripping off. Looks like the coin thingy can be removed. (And has been in the past from the scuff mark on it) ...
