Lowered the price to $9,900 which I feel is very fair for the work, mileage, and originality.

I'm new here though so if anyone has feedback for me I'd appreciate it. Thank you!

Well it doesn't help you are brand new to the site. Especially if you are selling a rig that you are extolling the virtues of based on work completed.
If someone says the frame is "treated" it's important for most here to know exactly what that means. Before and after pictures would be key.
If someone says rust is present, ideally there should be clear pictures of all of the areas where it is present.
While his has a lot of positives the outstanding mechanical issues perhaps indicate it is priced too high.
It's the kind of rig many of us would jump on but for those of us not local and unable to check it out in person you need a much more accurate representation of the positives and negatives. i.e. a load more clear pictures and not just of the pretty parts

Take a deep breath bud. It's all going to be ok.

1) Yes, I'm a new poster to your site. Perhaps that was a mistake, but I am aware that this place has more 100 series enthusiasts than most other boards. I have one for sale. So I thought I'd say hello. 2) The frame was sanded, prepped, and painted by my shop with their rust encapsulator paint. I believe it was made by Eastwood but I can double-check that. 3) There's 24 pictures in the link at the top of my ad that perhaps you didn't see. Compared to all the ads on this first classifieds page, I have objectively more written and more photographs presented than the average by a large margin. And they're high-res, not just just cell-phone shots that you're welcome to zoom on. I even have a recent Carfax report run for you. 4) I've tried to be as accurate as possible here. I spoke to the mechanical concerns in my ads with the intention of being transparent and showing integrity in my sale. I could write nothing, like most people, but I'm not here to waste anyones time or be shady. I'm also more than happy to speak further and present more content to anyone who's interested. I would like to ask though that any potential buyers be respectful.

No deep breath needed here, you asked for feedback I gave you impassive feedback. I saw all of your pics and my comments still stand. In terms of respect/disrespect I am responsible for what I say not what you interpret. There is nothing in my feedback intended to be or could reasonably construed to be be disrespectful. If you are defensive about your status here or the need for thorough documentation based on that status, well that's not going to get you far.
I do agree you have said more than most but the history of the rig only gets you so far.

Let me be clear at first glance this looks like a good rig, if it were local to me I would be in line to look at it. However this is a national/international website and for a possible long distance purchase, respectfully you need to do more to represent the rig and the quality of the fixes/improvements. That's my feedback .

Okie dokie! Thank you for sharing!

CL ad has been deleted. I guess she's been sold?

Hey guys,

She's still for sale. I live in 21211. You can email me through Craigslist or private message me on here with your phone number and we can connect that way.

Sold?? CL ad is down and I don't see it on marketplace any more... Sold me 4Runner today and this was on my radar

Here ya go!

I took the ad down to do additional repairs. My serpentine belt started to squeak so I did the belt and tensioner.

Thanks!! Definitely interested but a few hours away and not a lot of spare time over the next few days... I'll contact you ASAP to ask some questions and arrange a time to see it
