I could imagine it would be quite profitable, the capacitor which rockcrawler explained upon replacement in the fuel control relay cost 50cents aud from jaycar...
 
Great to see there is still some interest for the relay! Life got a bit in the way so the progress has been slow, but it is not dead.
I plan to just mold the pcb and wire harness in polyurethane potting, to keep the environments out. Very easy to do.
It wont be so serviceable without creating a mess, but being solid-state it should not need it either.

For connectors we have two choices, either a new sealed type or the original plug. I have bunch of the original connectors brand new now so sourcing is not a problem.
For that matter, if anyone needs new male or female connectors or just new crimps pins, drop me a message.
