Dave and Steve drove north on Highway 11 to catch Highway 24, then back to Colorado Springs. David, Pam, and I drove south on Highway 11 to Highway 9 and then to Royal Gorge. We used my annual pass for free admissions into the park. Here’s a picture of the bridge. I’ve never seen this much snow on it. They cannot use a plow because it would tear up the wood planks. The Royal Gorge Line train passed along the tracks 1200 feet below us.

Mudman was surprisingly well-equipped and skilled in tool usage for a creature from the wilds.
