Machine Shop Needed

We use a local NAPA machine shop here in Atlanta. It may be worth a call to them to see if there is one closer to you. They charge us about $100. Make sure that the manifold is assembled and torqued down with new gaskets when you take it to get surfaced.

And yes you can remove the flapper but make sure that you still have the metal seperator gasket installed. I usualy plug the holes with a 10mm bolt and fill the dead space with high temp silicone (Ultra Copper is what I use.)

There is one blue ridge machine shop....it's just outside clemson at the crossroads of 133 and 187

Also just got through talking with Southern Auto Classics in Mauldin. Found out they bought Millennium Performance Coatings and moved it all in their shop.

So now they do all kinds of powder coating (ceramic and low temp). Same guy who owned Millennium is working for them now. Wayne.

They also have a full machine shop. They do high end work. As well as engine and car dynos.

Phone number is 627-0601

Owner is Gary. I've met him before. They build race cars and cobras.

That might explain why I couldn't find any trace of Millenium.
