LX470 headlight adjustment?

I have identified the long screw for adjusting the low beams, but was curious about the highs. I noticed the bolt with a geared head and turned it a lot but no apparent change. Any idea what that screw does?

Its about 2/3 of the way down the picture, in the middle ish

If you’re talking about this.. it’s the side to side adjustment there also one for the low beam thats covered by a plastic cage you can popped off.

Is there a height adjustment for the high beams?

There’s a low and high beam combination adjuster which is what you may have already found?

Hm.. that's odd. My low beams are perfectly aligned but my driver's side high beam is a little lower than my passenger side

So pull your headlight and remove the combination adjuster which will give you access to both low and high beam height adjusters.. yours may look a bit different then this but you should be able to figure it out.

Thank you Luke, that looks like a pain in the butt - just going to deal with the misalignment for now -.-

I played with the left/right adjustment more and no matter how much I turned it, it didn't move anything. Odd.
