Sorry if this has been addressed before but I had no luck searching for it in the forums.

My new to me 2006 LX470 has no alarm letting me know I left the headlights on. This is my first time owning a 100 series, but I am assuming it should have one. All of the other beeps like leaving the key in the ignition work fine. Maybe it is a fuse? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Not sure about the 2006, but in my 2000 the headlights turn off automatically if the ignition is off as soon as you open the door. You could also just leave them on auto and not ever worry about leaving them on.

I appreciate you responding. I went and double checked to see if mine would do that, and it doesn't. I generally won't use auto because they don't always turn on at dawn or in the rain and I don't want to forget to turn them on.
