LX470 - Bouncy and harsh ride in the rear (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,

My 2006 lx470 lexus started having a harsh , and bouncy ride in the rear, 2 months after flushing the ahc fluid. The rear bounces 3 or 4 times after passing by bumps on the road.

I noticed the rear dropped an inch or two after that.

Interesting enough when i do offroad, and set the height to high, the suspension becomes more comfortable.

I no longer notice any difference between comfort, and sport mode.

We replaced all 4 globes with oem globes from impex, and i didn't notice much difference.

Any ideas?

You probably have a bad rear sensor. Pull it off and open it ups likely the springs are corroded

At what point did you replace the globes?

What are the AHC pressures?

They are in spec. Had 2 shops looking at the pressures

SOLVED

I think my suspension issue is fixed.
It was the rear ahc sensor that it was crooked and loose.
The mechanic secured it properly.
