I have a 1FZ-FE 4.5l engine, A343F Transmission, sunroof and seats out of a 1996 Lexus LX450 187,000 miles on them. The engine ran great but leaked oil from about everywhere except the valve cover as i replaced that gasket. Transmission shifted smooth. I have new rear crank seal and oil pump. Had some other seals but gave them away. I removed them to do an LS 5.3 vortec with a 4L70E conversion.
The engine has been covered and includes the ECM, starter, a/c compressor, power steering pump and alternator. The engine also has new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor and valve cover gasket. No engine harness, I used that in the swap.
I have all 3 rows of seats. The first 2 rows are not in great condition but are useable. The third is pretty decent. The sun roof is in tact but the slide assembly was binding when using it, good for parts.
