The 5.5" x 3.75" badge is the grille badge used on the 03-05 100 Series, The 2nd Gen Lexus GX, and the rear of the 16+ 200 Series rear hatch. Was also used in some years Tacoma and Tundra grilles but I don't remember the years off the top of my head. Here is a link for the 03-05 100 Series grille badge which is that size.
