Hey Mud,

First and foremost, thanks for all the help. Have owned my LX 470 for about 2 years now and learned a lot from you all.

I have read through the posts about navigation delete, and other then being a PITA it does not seem like it is too difficult especially with all the resources:

However, I went through this and other forums to see if it is possible to go from a navigation unit to an OEM non nav.

In Summary, I have this:

But I would like this:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all.

From what I've seen, the connector that handles all the actual radio wiring doesn't change much across models or years. Once you do the hard part (rewiring the AC controls) you may find that the OEM non-nav radio will just plug into the existing connector.

If you get the wiring diagram book for your model year it will have diagrams for both nav and non-nav. You can use that to verify if it is plug-and-play, or if you will need to rewire some things.

Good to know. I would have assumed so, but wanted to know if there is an actual certainty about it. I can review the wiring diagram book for confirmation. Thanks
