I'm looking at reupholstering the leather on the front two seats of my LX. However, it looks like all replacement options are not really a match for the grain. The original leather is ultra soft with a very fine grain pattern and I want the exact same thing if possible. I believe the LS 400 first gen has the same leather. Does anyone happen to know which company produced the leather for lexus?
I'm not keen on katzkin (have used them before), ridies, or LC heaven judging by the grain pattern. Curious if my best option is to do a custom upholstery job with a local shop?
