Guys I am planning on painting my frame this weekend and I need a measurement for an exhuast bracket that was cut off my frame. I believe these were found only on the '64-'65 LV's drivers side, if you've got one can you take some rough measurements for me?

Thanks in advance!

this is the bracket.......

you can barely make out mine here, where it was cut-off...

If anyone wants to go the extra mile I could also use the measurements for this little accessory bracket that attaches to the frame:beer:

Here's the location pix. You need the dimensions of the actual bracket too? Do you have the front hanger too?

Jack, man that was quick.... I really appreciate it!!

And yes I do need the dimensions of the bracket itself as mine was cut-off at the frame. Also I do not have the front bracket either.

thanks aton:cheers:

No problem. I got a picture and some dimensions. It's a bent peice with a flat surface against the frame about 5/8 wide. It sticks out 2 3/4 is 4 1/4 tall and the one side is 2 tall the top is 3/4 wide. The corner is angled. Hope that makes sense.;)

If ya want I can remove said bracket and the front one and send them to ya. I don't plan to do a stock resto.:D

Jack again you are the man, thanks for the help that is just what I needed....also I just checked my frame and found out that I do have the front bracket so you can hold onto yours, thanks for the offer though

It's all good. Threads like yours get me motivated. Cause lately, all I have been doing is staring at my LV.

Funny thing is I started my build thread on the LV for one because I wanted to share my build with others as I have always enjoyed following the projects of others, but more importantly so you guys could keep me accountable and motivated

 At least you looking at her my other body is under cover LOL

I know the feeling Rob...... two of my 40's are sitting under tarps awaitng their turn, but who knows when that day will come:o
