My Lumbar support stopped working. I'm assuming it's the motor. What kind of money am I looking at, to get it fixed or is it even worth it?

Do a search on this board, discussed previously, sounds like the switch is the main problem. From the wiring diagram IIRC, the switch takes full motor current, where the other functions are controlled by relays in the seat ECU, so check your switch out.

mine went out on my old 98. it was actually a worn wire in the back of the seat. it could be seen when you removed the back of the seat which has the mesh pocket on it for the rear passangers.

Funny thing with my lumber support, it only works to full support and back to zero, once, then no longer works, until the next time you restart the vehicle.

I'm pretty sure my problem is the motor. It'll work for it a few cycles (in and out) and then I can hear the motor start dying, moving slower, and eventually stopping altogether. Seems like a weak motor that is dying slowly. Any ideas where I can pick up a new one (cheaper than the dealer)?
