Stone is confirming the parking lot availability. Someone mentioned port-a-potties. Might be an idea to get two??? Save running across the road and using the fuel stations facilities.

Ya Stone,
You should probably start a new thread on this topic as soon as everything is set in stone (I noticed the name thing just as I was about to hit post. ;p ), with all the Information details in the first thread, that way anyone viewing it will not get all this mumbo jumbo and uncertianty about date, place and time.

Good idea...yes, I'll start a new thread soon. I'm waiting to get confirmation from the school district that we have the parking lot, and then I'm going to send out emails to the vendors inviting them to the event.

On a good note, I spoke with Gord (parts manager at JP Toyota) the other day, and told him about the event. He sounded very enthusiastic about it and said that JP would definitely support the event in some way. Would be cool to get some Toyota swag for the event.

Steve said mostly large and extra large. Any other thoughts?

Hi All:

Not to be "nosy" with your event, but I'd say do 70 of XL size t-shirts, 20 or so of XXL, 40 or so of Large, and so on.

I think you'll find the XL size the most in demand.

150 sounds good to me,
personally, I think if there is a big turn out, you might have to make an extra batch. Did you guys discuss how much the club will charge for them?
