Last year I replaced the EGR, down pipe, both catalytic converters and the O2 sensors. About a month ago I suddenly lost power - will not accelerate uphill. I am not getting any codes on my reader. What am I missing?

Check intake hose, vacuum hoses, O2 sensors.

I have an UltraGauge so I can monitor my O2 sensors. I was having bad gas mileage and poor running and it never threw a code.
I started watching the O2 sensors and found that one would lock in at one number and then never change. Upon restart, it would be fine for a bit, then it would lock in at a number again and wouldn't change. It was never the same number or necessarily the range.

Installed a new sensor and the problem went away.

I suggest the gauge first to see what's happening.

The vacuum hose coming off the EGR keeps popping off.

I can monitor the O2 sensors with my reader but I don’t know how to interpret it.

You need to download a copy of the FSM to troubleshoot the EGR vacuum hose popping off. I recall it specifically addressed that.

Do a Google search to find out typical O2 sensor readings and what they mean.
I found a link to a Motor trend article 1501 understanding oxygen sensors to be very helpful.
Then you know what to look for and how to trend them.

I got on the road that was level and clear so I could work the throttle and watch the sensors respond.

Also check or change air filter. Seems others have had problems from old air filters limiting power.
