after an alignment at the Dealership, I noticed the outer tie rod has some jiggle/ play. How to address this?

Can’t tell from the video but it’s unlikely to be outer TRE if the play is at 9 and 3 o’clock. That’s your inner TRE.

The clanking noise seems come from where my hand is placed - where the outer rod meets the nut. I gave the nut a quarter turn and it seemed to silence the clanking. Maybe the alignment needs to be rechecked.

I've been wondering why i feel some vibration. Could a loose tie rod be the culprit? Is it a road hazard?

Crank that nut down tight. It’s just the locknut.
