Our 470 went silent. A local audio shop tried to fix things and was briefly able to get sound moving amp wires but not able to perform a fix. We are relocating soon and I'm looking for a recommendation of a shop that can get the system working again.

Did they confirm a bad amp? They are known to go and can be replaced and sometimes repaired.
