It looks like a clever adaptation of a traditional "vardo" caravan design. There's lots of examples out there:

M101A2 with a custom Lap siding camper build.
I only have pictures as I never found a build blog.
The owner has a Hummer Alpha as a tow vehicle.
The box is built to fit into the trailer and uses the cover as an extra weather proofing and awning.
A great design. Built like a small house.
I had plans to build one like it but went with a RTT design.

Thanks for the extra pics Mark, definitely the one I was looking for. Thing I am going to have to go with a hybrid camping /do it all trailer. Princess said I can't have 2 trailers.
