Possibly some of those that offered up a neck still have one. Or take a look at post 4 - 6 - if can can weld and have a shop that can bend tube, it is pretty straight forward to make one. I made one so I wouldn't need to lift the body from the frame, plus I wanted to replace as much as possible using stainless. A local shop bent the larger tube and I bent the smaller with some homemade tooling. Good luck either way.

Bending one also requires that the top of the filler neck is still usable, but this should be obvious from the pics.
