Looking for FR/RR Diff Lock dial blanking plate. (1 Viewer)

Hey all,
I am having the hardest time locating a blanking plate that covers the hole in the lower dash panel right next to the 2nd Start button... the one that covers where the FR/RR Diff Lock dial would go.
Does anyone have one to spare, or know the part number? I would be really grateful to you!
