looking for fj40 around 5k, memphis area

friend of mine is looking to buy an fj40 in the next few weeks. he's looking for something close to stock, maybe a small lift and lockers, but no v8's or springovers. his budget is around 5k.

edit: let's change the area from memphis to the southeast. we don't mind a road trip.

I've got a '75 FJ40 mostly origional listed here on the boards for sale. Very solid runs great. for $6k. I'm in MO, but would be willing to trailer it half way.
