Looking for 1/2 round pipe/tube or HDPE Rod

I am looking for a source for a couple of (approx) 9' sections of half round - 1/2 round pipe or tube or HDPE (or similar) rod or at approx 1" diameter. Any thoughts?

I would cut a piece of black pipe myself but I THINK it would be difficult to get right and a PITA all around.

I'd guess that with a bit of a creative jig, it wouldn't be bad at all on a bench saw of some sort.

Do you want the HDPE to be 1/2 round? McMaster-Carr will have full rounds/rods.


I've purchased from King Architectural Metals before. I found them because a local fabricator buys from them.
They have half rounds in steel... not half tubes.
