Long range 24 to 40 Gallon

You’ll have to figure out what suits you best. I can put 24 in a 40, but you can't put 40 in a 24. Different strokes and all that.

I too have no creaks, etc either. Solid installers will do that - who do the right thing vs what's expeditious.

Are you ready to swap for a 24 gallon? Looks like we are semi close to each other.

Or is anyone watching this that wants to purchase a used 24 gallon? Ive about talked myself into upgrading and if someone wants this tank it’ll make the decision for me.

I use my 24 gallon every week. It’s definitely the most used mod on the 200.

Still a consideration, I am changing the springs, truck was originally built with a heavy rear bumper planned in the future and that is no longer the plan so I am going with a lighter spring and adding air bags. We will see how that set up accommodates the 40 gallon, if it is too much weight for that set up or requires too frequent adjustment of the bags a swap could be a good solution.

I agree the LRA is one of the best mods for a 200!
