I'm just catching up on this thread, hope I can contribute some...Eric knows I have a spool to help convert the t-case to part-time. I'll be happy to donate what I have to help with the conversion as well as sponsor the parts to rebuild and fill the t-case with fluids.

I hope this helps some in getting this project completed...

@fourtrax if you don't mind pm'ing me your address (I forgot it), I'll come by this weekend at some point to assist.

Not that I'm biased or anything, but my dad and brother are pretty cool for doing this. It's cool seeing two cruisers every time I walk out the door! ;)

watch her @fourtrax she may be looking to "steal" another ;)

They are more than cool Hannah, they are absolutely awesome! Thank you guys, and Johnny, and Rafael, and Adam, and Jonathan, and everyone in ONSC! You guys Rock!!! Lydia and I just are shaking our heads at what you are doing to Logan's cruiser. Thank you!!!

I thought this was just a baseline Eric. :hmm:

well, that's what i'm trying to do, get everything i can working like it should (i.e. baseline). everyone else wants to help put it there also, just trying to accommodate all the good wishes and try to follow what Logan might have done to some degree. :)

Either or both works. More of an open invitation and this point if anyone wants to come work on it with us. I'm pretty good on tools as long as everyone isn't trying to use the same wrench at the same time.
Do we have any other possible days in mind? I know we briefly talked about it before but with that being the weekend of hurricane creek we have to miss it.

i'm still hunting parts and waiting on shipping for some, and working on it as time permits. ideally i'd like to get it back to the Monks asap, but that said i would bet there would be work to finish up on the 29/30 as well. anyone is welcome to stop either weekend by even today.
the 2nd post is the to do list, will change as i complete/identify items.
the 3rd post is the parts list.

the o2 bung/gasket is blown out on pipe #1 and at the y-pipe. it is looking like i am needing to remove the crossover section of the exhaust so i can pull the back section off to in stall the spool. Anyone have any 3fe exhaust pipes? looks like a trip to see Henry :) .

I got the LEDs installed in the 3 overhead lights that Jonathan dropped off before his trip.
also got the radio fixed all speakers playing now. and cleaned up a ball or wire that was growing between the steering column and gas pedal (would like to know the story there) :) and rerouted some speaker wires). I need to get a new dust seal for the steering column.

Now if i can just remember how to put it all back together ;)

What other parts are needed at this point?

Post #2 and #3 updated with part sources identified or purchased. Otherwise on hold pending a decision to commit or a alternative solution.

There is a vacuum leak, sounded like drivers rear, but couldn't tell with the exhaust leak, I need to get T-case buttoned backup before I start the engine, and resume the hunt.
