craigslist Locked 96 LC / Salvage title

not affiliated in any way but its a locked cruiser with potential for someone. I know it has a salvage title and spent some time up north, also some body work on the left rear with trim missing also. Test drove it and it drove pretty well with no major vibrations. AC didn't work but the belt was missing so who knows there. lockers did not engage during my test drive but I didn't play with it very long

dealer said they have a cash offer of $2950

Was this a flooded vehicle? Carpet missing and seats unbolted....

I don't know about the flood but the salvage title was from a wreck it seems to run pretty well from my quick test drive
