Is this the original glow plug insulator? And does anyone if there's suppost to be one on the bottom of the intake manifold where those two wires go? Dropped off the side of the block and onto the floor when I was shifting the harness.

Cheers boss!It's from the glow resistor on the bottom of the intake manifold. It drops the voltage to the glow plugs to 6V for the afterglow. The resistor gets really hot which is why it's in the intake manifold. The air flow cools it down. Make sure you get the wiring right; if you short the glow circuit to the intake manifold by mistake you'll let the magic smoke out of the wires/fuses.
