Just rolled in a while ago. What a great event!!! Can never get over how many nice people are out there. Once again made it out for the Hot Rod show. Wheeled rest of the week. And am happy that I finaly made it up up-chuck, after a few failed attempts. I enjoyed meeting all you guy's and am looking forward to the next time  .

I started an album of tossers. The keepers are much better and being saved for TT and other pubs/projects.

but the tossers aren't too bad ;)

It's Sunday night and I'm a little more than half way home.

Great event and I too had a blast wheeling on the Moab trails and meeting the cruiser folks from both on and off this board.

Interesting how many cruiser people are not on Mud

Here's a pic of Christo on the Gate on Hell's Revenge -

And another of Able (TooTall?) on the Gate as well -

Here's my favorite rig of the event. Sorry I forget the name of the owner but he's a great guy and I was glad to wheel with him.

Guys,

Pasquale cool pics. I want to thank you and Cristina for hosting such wonderful cookouts on your campsite. I think we are getting good at this. I'm already thinking what I will cook next time.

Phil, thanks for the sticker. It's already on stuck on my cruiser.
Mark, your guitar playing rules.
Sam, excellent choices of wine!
Cristina & Pasquale, your shrimp & corn dish was delicious.
Joe, awesome steak. Eventhoug I don't like cloves.
Andrew, wonderful ribs! Wow, Amy's award wining recipe is the best.
Doug, You got to give me the recipe for the bacon wrapped shrimp. ;)

Regards

Alvaro

Drove all night from Cruise Moab to San Diego and now get to sort through HUNDREDS of photographs. Greg Matis and I had an amazing adventure, although my truck didn't fair so well. Broken birfield, pitman arm and finally the main output shaft on my AA Rock Box. I will call AA tomorrow to see what they are willing to do about it.

Thanks to TLCA and Rising Sun for an amazing week. My only suggestion on improving the event would be to have a "Carnage Board", where all the breaks, wrecks and rolls could be posted...18 birfields, 6 rolls, 3 rear pinions, etc. It would be fun to compare from year to year. My contribution would have been significant this year!

this is Chris Hatfield's pig on break on Golden Spike... definitely easy on the eyes (the pig and background that is - no comment on Hatfield)

Thanks Eric! Again, really enjoyed having you along. Glad you and Casey made it out! :D

As always, a wonderful time. It was cool putting faces to names. Lots of great people and a lot of sweet rigs!!

I can report that we successfully replaced Matt Farr's long side rear axle in his FJ40 today at the base of Elephant Hill. We're halfway to Denver tonight as I post. I'll put a pic up of the twisted shaft tomorrow.

Here's a pic of me approaching Launching Pad. Christo likes to make things look hard. :D

See you all again next year!
