Ive never seen that before, but removing any excess weight from the front is a good idea IMO. you can also switch to a synthetic line for more weight savings.

I'm curious to know if anyone here has experience or additional info about this winch mount. If excess weight is removed from the right areas there should be no compromise to strength.

Never seen one and Google doesn’t come up with any references on the part number. Looks cool. Follow up if you buy one.

I also did some searching including a google image search but didn't really come up with anything more.

I already have a Trail Tailor mount that's been sitting in the box for a couple years, I might lighten that one up in a similar fashion.

The price + shipping I'm getting is 395 euros, or about $442. The TT unit is $495 before shipping.

I talked to a car buddy of mine from Belgium and he said he's done business with Euro 4x4 and they are a reputable seller.

The problem with the hidden winch mounts is they only allow ‘feet down’ winch mounting.

Warn heavy duty winches (ie: m12000) require feet forward mounting. I think ARB is the only company that offers this (deluxe 3413190 bumper).

Would love to see a winch mounting for stock bumpers that accommodates ‘feet forward’ winches.

I can see how feet forward is preferred but feet down is better than no winch at all.

For how much hidden mounts are I opted to just get a front bumper from a local guy for pretty cheap, and I agree with you on how it should be mounted which was a turn off for me .
