Recently bought a set of tail lights for my 03 lx470 and the outer pair worked and fit but the inside did not have the right relay so I messaged the seller and found that he sent the pictures I took to his factory and then sent me a pair (his words “factory”) and they now are plug in play here a picture. If anyone is interested I’ll update how they hold up and send the sellers link
